Imports/Exports
CFS is a place where containers are stuffed, de-stuffed and aggregation and segregation of export and import cargo happens. With the growing volume of international trade, the need for expeditious clearance of goods at the port within the minimum possible time has been gaining importance. iPortman system enables ports and people to optimally utilize the existing infrastructure, space, equipment and manage fluent Cargo and container movements within the allocated premises.
LCL/FCL
iPortman CFS/ICD module address all Imports and Exports Operation issues and provide end to end container handling solution. Real-time information on locations and stack positions at all time for all containers to facilitate movement of the cargo to ship and to land transport and manages LCL/FCL.
Gate Operations
iPortman-Gate Management provides online and offline support during import and export transportation. Supports smart cards for total operations in the port entry. After entering the pre-gate, a unique FRD & FIR number is issued that will be used for the entire transaction. Churns out reports that give details about the number of trucks, the vessel cargoes and the, exporter cargoes handled. Also captures the turn-around time of the trucks, the stockyard positions
Yard Management
Yard Management takes care of the major yard management operations. The system has the ability to award the cargo and container transfers to multiple sub-contractors and to match the original task to the finished task. Real-time information on availability of space for storing incoming containers. Real-time information and automatic alerts for containers that have been in the yard over a designated period. Facilitate automatic billing and surcharge assessments based on the storage history.
Warehouse Management
iPortman Warehouse Management integrates various functionalities like order processing, manufacturing and warehouse processing and helps optimize layout and space utilization, manage replenishment, and handle multiple orders at once. It also incorporates a variety of pick prioritization methods – including first in/first out (FIFO), first expired/first out (FEFO), or last in/last out (LILO) into directed pick, movement, and put-away decisions.
PFT
iPortman handle end to end operations for Railway notified Private Freight Terminal with facilities to handle all types of wagons & cargo. It helps to record and monitor all LCL Consolidation, Palletization, Shrink-Wrapping, Fumigation, Kitting, Sorting etc.
