Manages all Cargo operations for both import and export cycles along with billing and invoicing. Capability to handle loading/unloading, lighterage operation for all the Bulk, Break Bulk , Project and Liquid Cargo along with strong support for standard documentation and customs documentation. It helps in effective control and increases in operational productivity. This helps in monitoring and improving berth occupancy, berth utilization, reducing vessel turnaround time (TAT), equipment utilization and crew utilization.

iPortman has the proven capability to be seamlessly integrated with PLC’s and mobile for in time and accurate capturing of throughput from the various cargo handling operation and delays or stoppages during the operations. The system supports to handle all kinds of cargo like bulk, break bulk, Liquids, GAS, project, RO-RO and Container.

The system also has the process for managing various licenses awarded for multiple agents for Stevedoring, Diving, Bunkering, Waste Disposal, Vessel Agent registration, Pest Control, Fire Protection & Pollution control etc.

Bulk Cargo Yard Operations:

iPortman Yard Management takes care of the major yard management operations. From Warf to yard, with an ability to handle yard allocation, intern yard transfers with accurate yard quantities accounting. Our solution supports both mechanized yard operations with Conveyers, stackers, and reclaimers; also non-mechanized operations with Loaders and trucks. RO-RO Cargo Operations

  • Ro-Ro functionality enables to carry wheeled cargo, such as automobiles, trucks, semi-trailer trucks, trailers and railroad cars that are driven on and off the ship on their own wheels or using a platform vehicle, such as a self-propelled modular transporter
  • Total Import/Export Movement of Vehicles can be tracked by mode of transportation either Road or Rail, Where we can track the current position of vehicles in the warehouse. Similarly Movement of Import/Export Vehicles into the vessel can be tracked indicating the present status in the warehouse.
  • As RORO cargo is typically measured in lanes in meters (LIMs). This is calculated by multiplying the cargo length in meters by the number of decks and by its width in lanes (lane width differs from vessel to vessel, and there are several industry standards). The system provides an option in raising the invoices accordingly as per the data.
