Job Description

  1. Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities
  2. Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs
  3. Prepare and present product demonstration
  4. Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
  5. Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  6. Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  7. Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  8. Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  9. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology
  10. teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
  11. Assist in production of RFP/RFQ
  12. Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
  13. Ensure smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer.
